If you are already a patient of the center and have a username and password, you can access the online appointment service through the "Registered Patient" option.
If you do not remember the password, we will remember it by email by pressing the option "Remember password".

If you are not a patient of the center or do not have a registered user, you can access the service through the option "Patient not registered", you can request an appointment by completing the requested form and we will confirm the visit later.
